How Do I Get Started?
Getting started is easy. Signup for one of our monthly hosting plans, starter-$75 or advanced-$125 plan, and your first monthly payment will put us to work for you. A little home work for you as you fill out our menu details spreadsheet while we pull together all the technical stuff into our testing area.
How Long Will It Take?
The size of your menu can dictate how long it takes to get your new website project completed. In most cases it takes two full weeks, or 14 days, to complete a restaurant online ordering website. Once we are ready, you get a chance to review and use your new website in our custom test environment. Once you approve the new website we migrate it to our live environment, make sure merchant transactions process successfully, and all notification services are running.
What's the Difference Between Plans?
The primary difference between the two plans is the way the menus are setup. The starter plan gives you one page per menu with each item having an add to cart button. When your customer clicks the button a dialog box is opened where they can edit quantity and provide special instructions. The advanced plan is similar in function but provides for the use of selectable options, holds, and addon's along with special instructions. This creates an up-sell environment allowing you to grow your ticket price. Also, each menu item effectively becomes a webpage all on it's own optimizing search engine results for your website and allowing more details to be shared about the menu item. Setup time is a little longer and will require more of your involvement, but really gives your website a chance to shine.
